Marla Grant is a certified executive coach, experienced attorney and former division Vice President of a global company. She is a co-founder of 20/20 Leadership Group, an international coaching firm that helps lawyers and law firms leaders optimize their success. She is also a co-creator of 20/20 Leadership Group’s Rainmaking Academy, an online business development training and coaching program for lawyers.

Throughout her career, Marla has successfully transitioned into leadership roles and her experience as an attorney and corporate executive allows her to relate to her clients in a relevant and applicable way. Marla began her career as a litigator specializing in civil litigation representing a wide range of clients across different industries. Initially, she defended some of the most well-known cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival Cruise Lines. Later, she moved into complex commercial litigation and healthcare litigation.
After many years, she left her successful litigation career to transition into executive management as a division Vice President of a leading global technology company. Marla’s chief responsibility was to oversee client retention through exceptional relationship management. She is a natural at strategically creating and leveraging strong relationships and helping others do the same.
